Hope everyone is having a beautiful Thanksgiving week and weekend. No classes this week.
We have updated the workspace LMS (Learning Management System). If you find any link not working-let me know and we will try to fix it.
There are no online classes till July 30th. College closed for summer.

Level 1-150 Hrs Group 29, and, Ahara101 Students- There is no class this THURSDAY! Next class is Sunday April 10th.
Level 2- Block 2 Ayurveda Counselor Students- There is no class this SATURDAY. End of Quarter 1. Next Quarter starts April 11th.
Yoga Teacher Training Session this wednesday at 6 PM with Rose Bryant.
Level 3-Bhashajya Kalpana-Practitioner Students NO CLASS this wednesday. Next wednesday Leah will cover Vatis.

This course is intended for both Track A and Track B 150 Hour students. It has the following Sections - Introduction to Ayurveda, (Ayurveda 101-50 Hours), Svastha Vritta 101 (Daily and Seasonal Routine), Tridoshas 101, Ahara 101 (Ayurvedic Nutrition, Agni (Digestive Fire) compressed in 50 Hrs for the Track A students
Track B students have access to Tridoshas101, Ahara101 as well.
Concept of Prana, Ayurvedic Myplate, Ayurvedic Nutrition Label, Comparison of Western and Ayurvedic concepts of Nutrition, Foods, Recipes, Churnas and Chutneys for Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Balancing Agni and Vkrti. Sattva, Tamas and Rajas in Food. Concept of Agni (Digestive Fire) Jatharagni and three states of Jatharagni. Assess your own state of Agni. *Introduction to Agni Imbalances in Ayurveda. Concept of Ama and Mala. Ayurvedic Support for Ajirna(Indigestion), Amlapitta(Acid Reflux), Malavistambha(Constipation).
- Student will be able to list the three doshas, location of sub doshas, their function and their importance. Student shall understand Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas-functional and structural differences and will be able to use this to fill a dosha assessment form. for different populations
